Items purchased from Vital Light cannot be exchanged, only returned through store credit, or full refund within 30 days of your order delivery.
Depending on the country you live in you can expect 5 to 8 working days after the order has been processed and shipped. Vital Light is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors.

All of our transactions are based in EUR. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
You just type your shipping address at checkout. Always make sure it's typed properly. Vital Light doesn't take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address can't be changed. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order.
